Hope for Hilltribes helps to provide aid to ethnic minorities living in Thailand who are experiencing poverty and hopelessness. There are several hundred thousand people in these groups, who lack Thai citizenship. They are concentrated in the northern region and are collectively known as "hilltribe" people. Many of the hilltribe people are impoverished and have little education.
Hope for Hilltribes ministry demonstrate the love of Christ to hilltribe people through four different programs.
- House of Love is a home for women and children affected by HIV/AIDS.
- House of Blessing is a daycare located in Chiang Mai, that provides free daycare and education for Hilltribe children who are too young to attend public school.
- Health Project for Tribal People is a group of ethnic minority Christian workers, who regularly travel back to their native tribal villages to teach the villagers about HIV/AIDS and other health-related issues.
- Christian Center for the Development of People with Disabilities provides services, assistance, and God's love to disabled children and their families from over 50 remote Hilltribe villages.
