HOP (Home church Oasis Program)
HOP
HOP (Home Church Oasis Program) provides onsite childcare at the home church so that parents can enjoy their home church gathering while trained, background checked and fun workers invest in the children.
HOP provides adult home churches a new level of flexibility in their efforts to bring guests to their home church meeting. Quality childcare is expensive. Even more important is the issue of finding and maintaining a high level of care. HOP fills both of these needs. By offering on-site care with a spiritual component, HOP allows parents freedom to explore the offer of God’s grace without finding their own babysitter every week. HOP also gives peace of mind by providing a safe spiritual environment for their kids while they pursue their own personal depth with God.
How does HOP work?
Adult Home Churches can sign up for this program by sending a request to HOP@dwellcc.org. Our team will work with your group to place a mix of adult, college, high school and middle school workers at your home church meeting to provide onsite care for your kids. All workers are thoroughly vetted.
Home Churches using HOP can submit payments online here.
Who are the workers?
Home church members from Dwell house churches make up our work force. Members 16 and older can apply for paid positions as staff. Members under 16 can apply to work on a volunteer basis with scholarships offered to one of our overnight summer camps. If you are interested and/or know someone who might be, please email HOP@dwellcc.org for more information!
